If your vehicle has been impounded by the Harrah Police Department you will need to follow the steps to obtain a tow release.
First, the Harrah Police Department will only release the tow slip to the OWNER of the vehicle as listed on the vehicle title or title receipt.
Next, the Harrah Police Department will process the impound release by verifying all of the documents presented.
ALL the following documents are required for an impound to be released:
VEHICLE TITLE OR TITLE RECEIPT
If the vehicle title is not available, a title receipt can be obtained from a tag agency.
VALID PROOF OF INSURANCE FOR THE VEHICLE
Ensure insurance is valid and current by verifying with the insurance company. Digital/Electronic insurance verifications will need to be emailed or faxed.

Impound Release fee of $75.00
Money orders will be the only method of payment for impound release fees. Cash payments will not be accepted.

Finally, the tow slip will then be released and taken to the tow yard where the impounded vehicle will be released.
Please call the towing service for the fees they will require to finalize the impound release.
